Ok, so I told my mum. She didn’t freak out about the controlling part about the guy, no, instead she got a little (really only a little) upset about me being a rebound that the guy was having.

In truth I was really freaked out by him.he popped out of nowhere said we were in a relationship after one date and started saying I couldn’t do things with my friends that I had been doing for a long while… he was being a control freak. After I said that to my mother, her only reply was, “Well you’re controlling too Tara” I was thinking ’woah where the hell did that come from?’ and ’does my mother even know me?’

She was extreamly concerned that Matt and I should get back together, and when I told her that I was not interested, she got really upset and started to tell me all my faults. So here I am, in my room with my door with it’s new lock.

I hate my mother sometimes… She always chooses everyone else’s sides before mine…
